I'm back again! lol.

hahaha. gosh. it's been so long since i last posted! blog needs more happy posts. definitely.. hehe..

anyway, my hard disk sort of crashed (needs to be replaced), and currently am using another laptop to type this. phone also cacat already. everything rosak. hahahahhahaha. xD

well, my love for Siwon (from Super Junior) and Kyuhyun is growing day by day... even more after i watched this on youtube just now!

all Suju (Super Junior) fans know that Siwon is a devote Christian and all... (Yesung, his group member said that even when Siwon goes touring for concert, he finds a church to worship in on Sunday no matter where he is. Example, in Japan.)

but to think that he actually dared to sing Who Am I by Casting Crowns in their Asia tour concert makes me respect him so much more! The other five of them from Suju (Kyuhyun, Leeteuk, Donghae, Yesung, and Ryeowook who was on the keyboard) are also Christians and they too showed support by providing the backups for him! *Screams*

In short, this performance is so full of win! Makes me feel like jumping on a plane right now and stalk their every concert! hahahhaahaha...

Lord, pls pls pls pls pls let them come to Malaysia for the concert tour!! This will be my prayer for a very very long time. xD

anyway, exams are nearing! gotto go study... MCKL friends who are reading this right now, go study too! hehehehe. <33

A Tribute to Fly To The Sky

April 12th, 2009. 

They bowed together for the very last time on SBS Inkigayo.

I have been a fan of this R&B duo since I was in standard 6 (which is in year 2003 if I'm not mistaken). They were the ones who pulled me into lovin Kpop music. I've watched them grow, cry, fall, and rise again throughout these 7 years, and it is just so heartbreaking to see them no longer producing a FTTS album for the fans. Of course they will collaborate once in a while during performances, but, I guess this is really it for them?

Both will be pursuing their own career individually from now on. No more FTTS performance - only Brian or Hwanhee performance. Gone is the name of FTTS from kpop world.....It is now history.

I remember how I used to like Hwanhee, until he started having a complex bout his looks. He desperately needed to do something bout it and so he went for plastic surgery, twice. 

gosh.... psycho right? (just look at how good looking he was originally!) 

Now I'm a fan of Brian; He's not as stuck up as Hwanhee and he's much much much more cuter and friendlier. and he's definitely a natural! thank God.. haha.  (although not as pretty boy 

as Hwanhee). Performance wise, he's versatile. I am certainly rooting for him and hopefully, he'll be really successful and maybe be a Hollywood star! :)

10 years of them together. The 8th album, Decennium marks their last...

April 12th, 2009. 

They performed their last single - Restriction and their very first single (year 1999) - Day by Day on stage for the very last time. Them performing these 2 songs says it all...

This really is the end of their journey together...

Them charming boys.

As I was watching some videos, lo and behold! I found this clip of a special girl, who has an extraordinary talent in piano. She's only 5 years old, and what more, she can't see! 

...believe it or not, she plays the piano awesomely well.

...and she's adopted too.
What amazes me is, through it all, she still can sing "you were born to be loved"...

Two days ago, I was asked to choose.

Long story people. But not to worry, my decision in life is to practice abstinence. (:

To sum up my experience in Crossroads, the maze, I found out that I let people make decisions for me. I realised I'm easily swayed and my foundation is shaky; when people tell me that there is no exit (when actually there was at one point of the maze), I didn't think much or fight for my stand, I just chose one of the paths, which I know I'm not supposed to. In this case, it was the 'sex or drugs' path. and as it was said above, I chose sex. No, I didn't question them much or hold on to my stand. I just kept walking... kept walking towards the wrong path...

...and ended up 'dressing my own baby'. lol..

No, I do not want my life to be like that.

No, I shall not choose to live my life that way.

No, no sex before marriage. (too bad Joanne, your prediction will remain as a mere prediction :p)

No, I choose to stand firm in God.

Crossroads made me think. (Though clearly, I was super blur when I walked through the maze thing...) haha...

The only difference is that, now, I feel nothing. I've been talking as if it doesn't matter, like my heart isn't hurting, like I don't care. In fact, I've been laughing.

Am I even supposed to be laughing bout it right now? at this very point where I'm supposed to be grieving?

SPM results!

oooooookaaaay! so spm results came out on 12 of march.

first and foremost, i praise God for my results! :)
for all the curious people, i got 8A1s, 2A2s, and 1B3. i know it's not a straight A1s result, but trust me, i screamed in joy when i counted the A1s! haha.

and i can now get a full scholarship for my A-levels in MCKL! :):):)

Thank You, Lord, for being such a wonderful, faithful friend to me. getting 8A1s is pretty much a miracle considering my last-minute study that i did for every subject.
Imagine this. I failed my history during trials exam. and i got an A1 for history in the real spm! hahah! i know! i can't believe it either! >.<


oh, and congrats to all the straight A1s people! :)

Burberry is having some warehouse sales too at Bangsar Village. discounts from 20% to 80%. went there today, but i guess other people bought all the nice pretty stock? left all the not so nice ones there. plus, it isn't that cheap even after 80% discount. like, 1 top can cost you RM5k! after 80%? still RM1k.

sighh.
i wished i had that kind of money with me....


for now, i'm contented with my Guess sandals! very, very, very contented indeed! :D

Joanne's dad picked me up from home at 4.30 and we both went to Pavillion. Was to meet up with Sarah there.

Soon, we reached. I was actually pretty excited as i was stepping out of car, till i felt my front loose!
...just the best thing ever happened to me *note the sarcasm - my right strap for the dress snapped!

and that was It. I zhau kwong! xD

But Super Sarah managed to join the strap for me again! or was it Joanne? lol. anyhoo, thank you both! :D love you two!

After that big hoohaa, we walked quickly to Clinique to get Joanne and Sarah's makeup done there. I did mine at home though. :)

We headed straight to the hotel toilet when we reached. hehe... you know we girls right. :)

Took off our flats, and put on our pretty heels there...and then, my strap snapped again!
sigh.. Thank God there was this really kind aunty (who was Kaili's mum), who helped me put back the strap together with a rubberband! :D (Joanne tried getting a sewing kit from the hotel though, but they weren't helpful. Bad service.. Better take note of that xD)

something funny happened in Physics class today.
we were supposed to have double period of Physics, but...
J LO (Mr Lopez, my Physics lec) decided to cut it to one!

and the funniest part of that water splash thing is that, we were like in war! like at the front of battlefield really. it was when the seniors started throwing the water balloons like darts at us, there was this very funny plus nice guy who told us to squat to avoid the balloons! (we were behind him btw, using him as a shield xD ) and we sure did managed to avoid em!..................till Joanne got up, and got hit by a balloon! lol. you poor thing.

it started raining only right after we entered Joanne's dad's car on the way back home. (:

and that's something i should be thankful for. i realised i always take things for granted; when things go my way, i just think "it's normal" or "i'm just lucky", but when things are inconvenient, i tend to grumble.

after reaching home today, i took some time to reflect on everything and thought to myself, "wow. He truly has blessed me so much, i can't ask for more"

He, has blessed me with such great friends in college.
He, has helped me make many important decisions.
He, provided good food nearby college! :D
He, has set very good timing in everything.

even classes end just in time for Joanne and I to walk to kl sentral to catch the ktm train before 5pm. you know lah, 5pm is the gila busy time.

He, gives me so much, i overflow with blessings. (:



To think that i have started living my college days without thanking such a Great Heavenly Father everyday for each and everything, i'm such a great fool.


i'm just so sorry, Lord. and i shall put a stop to saying, "later lah, God. i'm busy now", especially when it comes to everyday devotion time. xD

Orientation Week

it's been raining in the evening these few days and i absolutely loathe it. my pants get all muddy and shoes so soaky when i walk to kl sentral after col. grr. so disgusting and irritating.
i love rain though...just only at the right time. (: fyi, i love the korean singer Rain too! lol randomness. xD

anyway. we started our Orientation Week yesterday (3rd Feb). have got to go to college before 7.15am everyday till Feb 10. earlier than school la! i need my sleep desperately. i can barely concentrate in class these 2 days cause i was too busy daydreaming of my lovely bed at home, not to mention, the squishy and fluffy pillows too. :(

i so need some waking-up-pills. xD


orientation is fun though. seniors made me (and others) do some outrageous stuff and some really fun things! don't wanna elaborate on it cause some was pretty embarassing. xD but through this, i got to know quite some seniors and haha, they are really nice and very sporting people. (:

i love MCKL!

and the weird ikrar thing we had to say in the morning today... love the crappiness! though it's plain crap. haha. don't kill me student council.



now i am dreaming of having 3 months holiday, abandoning my assignments, and go shopping! ah...pure bliss. too bad it's just a dream. so depressing lah kan.. sheesh. xD

10 reasons to give Mr Ferns aka my Accounting lecturer as to why he should not fire me tomorrow for not doing his assignments :


1. this cny was a very super duper busy cny for me. a quick review will tell you why:

sat - i helped to clean house (see, good daughter! note that sir!)
sun - woke up in the morning to get ready for reunion lunch (yea, not dinner). went to a new jap restaurant, Tenji at Soho KL and ate buffet. was there till 3 something. went back home, rested, and woke up to go Genting in the evening for fireworks with relatives. was there till midnight but the fireworks display was cancelled cause it was too misty. :( ate supper there and came down around 1 am. reached home 2 something am. dozed off right away. (long enough?)
mon - went with relatives for dim sum at Tai Thong restaurant in PJ for brunch. then, visited my uncle right after that. lingered in his house till 4pm or so. went to bangsar to shop but most shops were closed. :( then came back home, dozed off again and did some assignments.
tues - balik my mum's kampung in Sg. Nipah. spent whole day there. later at night, went to aunt's house and makan at 9pm. came back home dead tired again.

wed - whoa la! it's my only free day. and i did assignments the whole day plus a few minutes onlining and still am doing. :(

2. i'm a good girl in your class and have always been. i always laugh at your jokes!

Joanne came over last wed! :D slept over for two consecutive nights, but sadly, we had veryy little time for bonding and girl talk, thanks to accountings.......

dad came back home, and he brought back Tony Roma's fries back for us! :D
so, we started eating....

don't get me wrong. i'm still really grateful to the Lord for giving me the opportunity to study! you know lah in other nations....some family don't allow girls to study(learnt in econs today). and so i thank the Lord for blessing me! :D

it's 11.56 PM and i'm still so restless. you probably wouldn't have imagined that i slept at 3am yestesday night (or prolly it's today), woke up at 6.30 and i'm still lasting. i know. i think it's a miracle too. mum says i should sleep early; she's afraid my body would break down during the weekdays due to my hectic college life which is currently filled and piled with TONNES of assignments. grr. and when i say hectic, i mean it with a big H.

i need to sleep, but i don't want to sleep. i wanna read blogs, i wanna go online, i wanna im! i wanna make up for everything i was so deprived of during the weekdays. i must, must, must! hehe. :)

putting my kosong rants aside, today was an okay day. i actually managed to hand up my Physics assignment 1 homework though i left some questions empty. until now, i can't even grasp the first chapter of Physics! i don't likey the graphs part. helppppp... :( guess i totally threw my form 4 and 5 Physics away to LalaLand. or is it Phuket? ah...the gorgeous hunky hunks...

oh dear. how am i supposed to get a strong A for it then... guess i'll figure it out somehow.

btw, did i mention that i absolutely love Fridays? cause i really do! :) Fridays mark the coming of weekends! and NO to college for two days! i'm freeeeeee! wheeeeeeeee! :DD

i'd probably have got to put my butt down the whole tomorrow though... and finish the Massive Assignments i've got. bah. so-called free weekend.
